When Lino Abraão fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jacuda FC's protests and gave Lino Abraão a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Lino Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benedito das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Breno de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Seco having to interfere. Ezequiel de Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ezequiel de Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Nóbrega in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Seco saved Jacuda FC from getting behind. Jonas Seco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Breno de Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Seco having to interfere. Marasco's Gonçalo Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Veloso in the 36th minute of play. In the last second Jonas Seco throw himself and got hold of the ball when Luciano Nóbrega in the 76thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jonas Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. With a little luck, Jacuda FC's Jonas Seco got control of the ball when Breno de Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Luciano Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luciano Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Seco having to interfere. Breno de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Jonas Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marasco.
