Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dalmo Sousa kicked off to start the match. Dalmo Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Manoel Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmo Sousa took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manoel Terra. Manoel Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Erasmo de Amorim hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Giovani Meira came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Bahia City's Luís Eduardo Vaz. But to his dismay, Luís Eduardo Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Donatello in the 15th minute of play forced Placa's goalkeeper Giovani Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Veloso in the 18th minute of play forced Bahia City's goalkeeper Manoel Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Túlio Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Túlio Prestes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Placa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Luís Eduardo Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. The supporters of Bahia City booed when Placa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurício Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manoel Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmo Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A hard shot by Hamílton Pontes from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Manoel Terra's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Placa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bahia City.
