Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mazinho Loyola started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes in the game Beto Mumbach did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Virgílio Couto. Bacuriteua's Mazinho Loyola got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Tião Batista came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Bacuriteua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tião Batista couldn't finish the play. Tarcisio Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Loyola in the 14th minute of play. Bacuriteua were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Itaoca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Izquierdoz took the corner. At last the ball reached Luan Peres at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Itaoca. 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, Vladimir Gerber cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tarcisio Toscano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute Francisco Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zornin Aranzabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Itaoca's Francisco Mineiro in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 46th minute Francisco Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zornin Aranzabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Mineiro made a kick off. Zornin Aranzabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Bacuriteua's goalkeeper Zornin Aranzabe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Mineiro. Tarcisio Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Loyola in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Refik Halit Iğdırlı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcisio Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Bacuriteua's goalkeeper Zornin Aranzabe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Mineiro. The audience was convinced that Francisco Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zornin Aranzabe was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Francisco Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Zornin Aranzabe made a huge save. After 68 played minutes Bacuriteua got a freekick which was hit by Luan Peres. Tião Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tarcisio Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74thth minute of the game Mazinho Loyola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itaoca's Tarcisio Toscano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tarcisio Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mazinho Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th match minute, Bacuriteua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Loyola to maneuver through the defense. Virgílio Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Francisco Mineiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zornin Aranzabe was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bacuriteua had played much better football throughout.
