Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mirary's Oswaldo Linares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 11 minutes of play, Juari SS's Lucas Tande made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14thth minute of the game Lucas Tande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mirary's Ismael Queirós was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Dudu Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juari SS's Dedé Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson Vieira in the 18th minute of play. When Gino Luz fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juari SS's protests and gave Gino Luz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Gino Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wágner Perez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Dedé Salles made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Linares in the 32nd minute of play forced Juari SS's goalkeeper Dedé Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirary were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Juari SS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jefferson Vieira took the corner. Enio Mesquita tried in the 35th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Dedé Salles a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Juari SS's Dedé Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Juari SS from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Lucas Tande made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Juari SS's Lucas Tande slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ismael Queirós. That made the score 1-2 after 53 minutes of play. A collision led to Mirary getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Jefferson Vieira hit a great ball. Lucas Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Queirós having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Mirary's goalkeeper Ismael Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Tande. Juari SS's Lucas Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute of the match Juari SS got a corner. Mirary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gino Luz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gino Luz made a great header on Juari SS's corner, it was just that Mirary's Ismael Queirós managed to reach the ball for a save. When the final whistle sounded Juari SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mirary.
