Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Válbson Mineiro started the match with the kick off. When Bahia's Flávio Favoretto in the 2nd minute got a chance for a shot 2nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brahmeiro FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válbson Mineiro in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camal Camel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute Brahmeiro FC were awarded a corner. Válbson Mineiro went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Válbson Mineiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Camal Camel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Camal Camel made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Válbson Mineiro sent off a good shot on target. Camal Camel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Válbson Mineiro in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Luís Gustavo Corrêa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gilmar Galvão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Válbson Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Camal Camel made a huge save. Gilmar Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Antônio Carlos de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bahia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 24th minute Antônio Carlos de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Beto Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the game, Felipe Medeiros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bahia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brahmeiro FC the free kick. Felipe Medeiros hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Gilmar Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flávio Favoretto in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Bahia got a corner. Brahmeiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wellington Rosado ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Wellington Rosado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilmar Galvão quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 41st minute, Carlos Eduardo Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilmar Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Barbosa in the 45th minute of play. Gilmar Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Brahmeiro FC defense, Luís Gustavo Corrêa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilmar Galvão. The Brahmeiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilmar Galvão should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antônio Carlos de Lara was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Bahia's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Mineiro came free, but Camal Camel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilmar Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Antônio Carlos de Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Gilmar Galvão made a huge save. Gilmar Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Carlos de Lara went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antônio Carlos de Lara got free with Gilmar Galvão in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camal Camel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Válbson Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. When Brahmeiro FC's Válbson Mineiro in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 95thth minute of the game Válbson Mineiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahia's Camal Camel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Brahmeiro FC's goalkeeper Gilmar Galvão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Medeiros. The Brahmeiro FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bahia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
