The referee ignored Bacaubas's protests and gave Kauã Correia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, Bacaubas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauã Correia to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 6 in the game by Michel Matos from a close distance when the talented Carlinhos Sampaio managed to make a qualified save. Bacaubas's players were relieved. Michel Matos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Carlinhos Sampaio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Durvalino Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Carlinhos Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Pedro Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino Cordeiro in the 17th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Alfredão Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bacaubas and the Jacareí United Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bacaubas's Alfredão Félix got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Michel Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durvalino Cordeiro during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Durvalino Cordeiro hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th match minute, Bacaubas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durvalino Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Michel Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Matos in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Sampaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michel Matos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlinhos Sampaio having to make a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frédson do Valle to make the kick off. Deivid Alvarenga tried in the 52nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy João Pedro Trevisan a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-1. In the 59th minute, Bacaubas's Durvalino Cordeiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jairo Andrade hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Durvalino Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Trevisan. Jacareí United Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of Jacareí United Club booed when Bacaubas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Kauã Correia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jacareí United Club's Jairo Andrade quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Bacaubas getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Elano Paranaense hit a great ball. Carlinhos Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luan Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Carlinhos Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michel Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th match minute, Jacareí United Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Durvalino Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Although Jacareí United Club had been in control for most of the match, Bacaubas still came away with the win.
