Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Anselmo Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carazinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitinho Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Bernardo Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Quirino having to interfere. Bernardo Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Patrick de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dênis Penha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Vitinho Paraíba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Sydney Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desengano's protests and gave Sydney Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. Sydney Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Carazinho FC's Silvério Martins tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 30 minutes of play Desengano's Sydney Galvão was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Desengano's Sydney Galvão got a free kick in the 31st minute. Patrick de Amorim, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Patrick de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dênis Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vitinho Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitinho Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Desengano! In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Carazinho FC. Silvério Martins stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vitinho Paraíba. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Tasso to make the kick off. Dênis Penha might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vitinho Paraíba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dênis Penha ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Desengano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carazinho FC:s goal. Dênis Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vitinho Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Tasso struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Vitinho Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carazinho FC. 72 minutes into the match, Carazinho FC's Anselmo Tasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitinho Paraíba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Patrick de Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute Dênis Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Paraíba having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Patrick de Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Quirino was a little too slow when Patrick de Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Tasso in the 85th minute of play forced Desengano's goalkeeper Vitinho Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Diguinho Passos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carazinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Ricardo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, Desengano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Carioca to maneuver through the defense. Patrick de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Quirino having to interfere. Carazinho FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Desengano for a fine match.
