The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Orlando de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademar Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Cristian Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando de Queiroz having to interfere. Délio Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando de Queiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Donato in the 19th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Real Matismo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Britto to maneuver through the defense. Raizinhas's Luciano Paranaense suffered a sore thigh after 27 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deivid Velloso during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real Matismo F.C getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Deivid Velloso hit a great ball. Raizinhas's Yan Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Donato struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Orlando de Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Matismo F.C. After 38 minutes of play Real Matismo F.C's Deivid Velloso was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ademar Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Délio Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrão Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Real Matismo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Britto to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Donato to strike the kick off in the second half. João Carlos Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Orlando de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Pedrão Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Pedrão Britto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando de Queiroz was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Orlando de Queiroz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedrão Britto went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cristian Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Orlando de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Pedrão Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Matismo F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrão Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yan Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Délio Tavares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yan Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Raizinhas's zone, João Carlos Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando de Queiroz came out of the goal and João Carlos Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Orlando de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrão Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando de Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Samuca Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedrão Britto might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando de Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedrão Britto ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Britto in the 86th minute of play forced Raizinhas's goalkeeper Orlando de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. João Carlos Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Orlando de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Donato took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando de Queiroz. Orlando de Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee ended the match the Real Matismo F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
