After 52 played minutes, Bocayuval's Abel Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlinhos Madureira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bocayuval reached it. After 55 played minutes Reparticao got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Marquez. When Abel Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bocayuval's protests and gave Abel Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Reparticao's zone, Tiago Gabriel Camargo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Madureira came out of the goal and Tiago Gabriel Camargo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlinhos Madureira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. After a rather tough play, Reparticao's Jano Catarinense got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Oséas Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Túlio Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Moura in the 93rd minute of play. Bocayuval's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
