The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Rosado got free with Tony Guimarães in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Fernando Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adhemar Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Guimarães having to interfere. Guilherme Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nuno de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Guilherme Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cucau SC's Nuno de Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manfredo Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, Cucau SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robinho Faria to maneuver through the defense. Nuno de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Leonel Bastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno de Amaral having to interfere. Guilherme Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Nuno de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Renegades. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cucau SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! The Cucau SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F.C Renegades were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Guilherme Alagoano made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adhemar Amorim in the 55th minute of play forced F.C Renegades's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Guimarães came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Cucau SC's Adhemar Amorim. But to his dismay, Adhemar Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Nuno de Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Alagoano's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Rosado in the 70th minute of play forced F.C Renegades's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Alagoano might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno de Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guilherme Alagoano ran back to his position shaking his head. Nuno de Amaral was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guilherme Alagoano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 72 minute of play. Cucau SC's Nuno de Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Cucau SC from getting a goal against them. Guilherme Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. F.C Renegades played a much better game than Cucau SC and deserved their victory. The Cucau SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
