Guilherme Alagoano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Adrianinho Urbano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guilherme Alagoano in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrianinho Urbano saved Galatasaray from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goalkeeper Adrianinho Urbano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guilherme Alagoano. In the 43rd minute Manfredo Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianinho Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Penha in the 46th minute of play forced F.C Renegades's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Alagoano to make the kick off. Ademir Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tony Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Galatasaray's zone, Leonel Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfredo Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Adrianinho Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Renegades. The F.C Renegades fans cheered their team off the field, for while Galatasaray had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
