Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vivaldo Zonta started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Frédson Novaes struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Igor Xavier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tsubaza. Crickets FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Horácio Hermes scored to the left of an out of position Igor Xavier, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Magalhães in the 20th minute of play forced Tsubaza's goalkeeper Enrique Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Nico Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Queirós's late challenge caught a Crickets FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. Crickets FC made a substitution. Zeca Prestes replaced Angelo Mesquita. In the 24th match minute, Tsubaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Queirós to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Horácio Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tsubaza's Enrique Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Magalhães in the 31st minute of play. Zeca Prestes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horácio Hermes in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Xavier saved Crickets FC from getting behind. Enrique Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márcio Nunes in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horácio Hermes to strike the kick off in the second half. Crickets FC's Simão Teixeira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Enrique Souza but with some difficulty. Enrique Souza made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Vivaldo Zonta sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 55 minutes, Horácio Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tsubaza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horácio Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Nunes in the 61st minute of play forced Tsubaza's goalkeeper Enrique Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Horácio Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horácio Hermes's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Tsubaza's Frédson Novaes got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roberto Valladares fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crickets FC's protests and gave Roberto Valladares a yellow card for diving instead. It was beautiful to see Tsubaza's Rogério Arruda in action when he in the 75th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! An unexpectedly hard shot by Horácio Hermes in the 77th minute of play forced Crickets FC's goalkeeper Igor Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tsubaza's Horácio Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nico Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vivaldo Zonta got free with Enrique Souza in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd match minute, Tsubaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Britto to maneuver through the defense. Frédson Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tsubaza's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
