José Vítor Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Favoretto in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Vítor Queirós saved Quiniporo from getting behind. 12 minutes into the game, Eurico Matos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quiniporo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC RAUTA the free kick. After a rather tough play, Quiniporo's Eurico Matos got a free kick in the 12th minute. Manuel Favoretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Vítor Queirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Favoretto ran back to his position shaking his head. After 17 played minutes Quiniporo got a freekick which was hit by Nando da Silva. Benê Quirino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Vítor Queirós having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Quiniporo's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Favoretto came free, but José Vítor Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Luís Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. José Vítor Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Carlos Monteiro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, André Luís Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quiniporo's supporters rose to their feet, but André Luís Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustão Maia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

FC RAUTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Favoretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Vítor Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When André Luís Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Quiniporo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Luís Pereira couldn't finish the play.
