Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when José Pedro Mangueira took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Ibirapua's Elias Romero got a free kick in the 7th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Tarcisio Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tarcisio Arce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luiz Gustavo Tande charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Gustavo Tande the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luiz Gustavo Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Danilo Arce was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aílton Hermes. Patrício Gonçalves hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. José Pedro Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Geovanni Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Pedro Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Pedro Mangueira took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanni Alcântara. Geovanni Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 38th minute Tarcisio Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tarcisio Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovanni Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarcisio Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Geovanni Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarcisio Arce in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrício Gonçalves made a kick off. Danilo Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Romero in the 54th minute of play. If José Pedro Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovanni Alcântara was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and José Pedro Mangueira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. José Pedro Mangueira really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Gabriel Tavares scored 1-3 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danilo Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tarcisio Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Alcântara having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Tarcisio Arce notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Ibirapua's Geovanni Alcântara. Geovanni Alcântara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th match minute, Ibirapua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ibirapua booed when Costa Rica Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball.
