The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Donato de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Xavier in the 4th minute of the match. Vito Freires short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Donato de Lima to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cipriano Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Xavier in the 12th minute of play forced EMAD F.C's goalkeeper Donato de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Claudinei Prata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EMAD F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EE LEMENSE the free kick. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind EMAD F.C's goalkeeper Donato de Lima, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, EMAD F.C's Hílton Rosa got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Vito Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to EE LEMENSE getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rodriguinho de Sena hit a great ball. EE LEMENSE's Américo Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy Eger in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, EE LEMENSE's Ulysses França got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ruy Eger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Américo Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Mazinho Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Gabriel Paulista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Américo Borges. EE LEMENSE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Donato de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Xavier in the 28th minute of the match. After 29 minutes of play EMAD F.C's Claudinei Prata was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hílton Rosa during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, EMAD F.C's Hílton Rosa got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 34 minutes of play EMAD F.C's Hílton Rosa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. With his leg Donato de Lima managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when EE LEMENSE's Kauã Fontes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th match minute, EMAD F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Eger to maneuver through the defense. EE LEMENSE's Vito Freire got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felipe Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vito Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Donato de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Cipriano Oliveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EMAD F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EE LEMENSE the free kick. Cipriano Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. If Felipe Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dedé Pombal made a kick off. Felipe Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Donato de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Xavier in the 55th minute of the match. Donato de Lima came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by EE LEMENSE's Felipe Xavier. But to his dismay, Felipe Xavier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Vito Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Donato de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruy Eger kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Vito Freire left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EE LEMENSE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Donato de Lima didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Xavier went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind EMAD F.C's goalkeeper Donato de Lima, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Felipe Xavier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EE LEMENSE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Vito Freire scored 5-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for EMAD F.C! Luiz Gustavo Monteiro's late challenge caught a EMAD F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Gustavo Monteiro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, EE LEMENSE's Luiz Gustavo Monteiro got a free kick in the 99th minute. EE LEMENSE made a substitution. Hugo Brodel replaced Vito Freire. In the 100th minute, Luiz Gustavo Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. EE LEMENSE walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
