Falcão da Silva hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Chalupa FC's goalkeeper Wakil Mammar Chaouche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Pirani. In the 7th minute, Ezequiel Paraense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Negri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 9 played minutes Itaiu got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Fernandes. When Chalupa FC's Falcão da Silva in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itaiu's goalie prevented a goal. Adolfo Negri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão da Silva's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After 19 minutes, Falcão da Silva made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Itaiu's Adolfo Negri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Chalupa FC's Falcão da Silva in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itaiu's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Falcão da Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itaiu's Adolfo Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27th play minutes Falcão da Silva shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Adolfo Negri and just under the crossbar into goal. Sandro Trancoso hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. César Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Negri having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Itaiu's zone, Ezequiel Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Negri came out of the goal and Ezequiel Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Edgard Pirani notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Chalupa FC's Wakil Mammar Chaouche. Wakil Mammar Chaouche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armandinho Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Falcão da Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Adolfo Negri made a huge save. 54 minutes into the game, Juarês Branco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itaiu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chalupa FC the free kick. The supporters of Chalupa FC booed when Itaiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juarês Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Juarês Branco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wakil Mammar Chaouche showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Falcão da Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Itaiu's Adolfo Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Giovani Moreno's late challenge caught a Chalupa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giovani Moreno helped the player get up and apologised. Giovani Moreno hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Falcão da Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Chalupa FC's Falcão da Silva in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itaiu's goalie prevented a goal. Falcão da Silva in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Ezequiel Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chalupa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Paraense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adolfo Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Munhoz in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Chalupa FC booed when Itaiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Trancoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celso Lima hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Edgard Pirani charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Pirani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Negri was a little too slow when Diego Souza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 1-5. After 85 played minutes Chalupa FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Paraense. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Falcão da Silva took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Adolfo Negri to make any attempt to save it. 92 minutes into the match, Itaiu's goalkeeper Adolfo Negri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão da Silva. When Falcão da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Chalupa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falcão da Silva couldn't finish the play. Falcão da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Negri having to interfere.
