With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delfim Salgado in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Régis Aguiar saved Marzagania SS from getting behind. Enéas Trancoso scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Régis Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Régis Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When M VALOS FC's Delfim Salgado in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marzagania SS's goalie prevented a goal. Otávio Alagoano's late challenge caught a M VALOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otávio Alagoano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Marzagania SS getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Otávio Alagoano hit a great ball. The supporters of Marzagania SS booed when M VALOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Delfim Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Régis Aguiar was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Dagoberto Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Laércio Capixaba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dagoberto Cavalcante during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Régis Aguiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Gerber's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Delfim Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Régis Aguiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Delfim Salgado sped through Marzagania SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Régis Aguiar. Dagoberto Cavalcante struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Régis Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for M VALOS FC. The Marzagania SS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. M VALOS FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Delfim Salgado made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Marzagania SS getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fabrício Sarmento hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Delfim Salgado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Régis Aguiar, 0-4. Delfim Salgado took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Régis Aguiar. Régis Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 74th match minute, M VALOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. David Vergílio struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Laércio Capixaba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marzagania SS. M VALOS FC's Gustavo Ribeiro got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Gustavo Ribeiro off the ground. After 77 played minutes M VALOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Ribeiro. Delfim Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos de Amorim in the 84th minute of play forced Marzagania SS's goalkeeper Régis Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Marzagania SS's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Salgado came free, but Régis Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes M VALOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Diogo de Sousa. After a rather tough play, Marzagania SS's Otávio Alagoano got a free kick in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Marzagania SS's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Salgado came free, but Régis Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dagoberto Cavalcante struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Régis Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for M VALOS FC.
