In the 3rd match minute, Queimabota FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademir Breckenfeld to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mega Hertz FS's Toninho Lima got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 14th minute, Jairo Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardinho Costa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nilton Félix. Mega Hertz FS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Mega Hertz FS's Nilton Félix got control of the ball when Nico da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nilton Félix came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Queimabota FC's Nico da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Nico da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Zé Roberto de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dito de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toninho Branco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Nico da Fonseca in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilton Félix, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 33rd minute of the match Toninho Branco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilton Félix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 34th minute, Carlos Fernando Camargo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Queimabota FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hudson Barral to make the kick off. A collision led to Mega Hertz FS getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Zé Roberto de Senna hit a great ball. Carlos Fernando Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Edinho Fontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mega Hertz FS and the Queimabota FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mega Hertz FS getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Edinho Fontes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mega Hertz FS's Adhemar Domingues got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 62 minutes of play, Queimabota FC's Nico da Fonseca made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Félix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hudson Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito de Amaral having to interfere. Hudson Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adhemar Domingues was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nico da Fonseca in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilton Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nilton Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Fernando Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Nico da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Queimabota FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The supporters of Mega Hertz FS booed when Queimabota FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademir Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Pimenta might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dito de Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Pimenta ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Queimabota FC's Dito de Amaral got control of the ball when Jairo Pimenta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Queimabota FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
