Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Juan Leme made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 18th match minute, SANTOS F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robinho de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the game's 18th minute Corumbalina's Leonel Velasco took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Frank Cavalcante and thus the score was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Didi Baiano got free with Dalmo Vides in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Paulo Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Frank Cavalcante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes of play, Corumbalina's Luís Gustavo de Castro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Leme in the 38th minute of play forced Corumbalina's goalkeeper Dalmo Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Didi Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when José Paulo Leme made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Corumbalina's Luís Gustavo de Castro got a free kick in the 50th minute. 53 minutes into the match, Didi Baiano notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Corumbalina's Dalmo Vides. Dalmo Vides was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalmo Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Leme came free, but Frank Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alexsandro Branco fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SANTOS F.C's protests and gave Alexsandro Branco a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SANTOS F.C's Alexsandro Branco got a free kick in the 65th minute. Corumbalina's Dalmo Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Baiano in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, SANTOS F.C's goalkeeper Frank Cavalcante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Gustavo de Castro. Corumbalina's Dalmo Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Baiano in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Gustavo de Castro got free with Frank Cavalcante in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Corumbalina getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Armandinho Teixeira hit a great ball. Dalmo Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Baiano in the 90th minute of the match. SANTOS F.C's Didi Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
