In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taguaracu's goalkeeper Arlindo Diniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jumentus de Turim F.C.'s Christian Faustino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodriguinho Teles in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodriguinho Teles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adalmo Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arlindo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Cafu Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 67thth minute of the game Adalmo Freitas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taguaracu's Arlindo Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arlindo Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cafu Coelho's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Renan Pimenta notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Taguaracu's Arlindo Diniz. Arlindo Diniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Taguaracu's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Renan Pimenta 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Christian Faustino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Pimenta in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arlindo Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arlindo Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalmo Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Taguaracu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jumentus de Turim F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
