Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Gustavo Baptista kicked off to start the match. Luís Gustavo Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Mário Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerson Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Augusto Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gerson Xavier. That made the score 2-0 after 15 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro de Azevedo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerson Xavier saved Juiracu FC from getting behind. Juiracu FC's Gerson Xavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Juiracu FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Juiracu FC defense, João Pedro de Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerson Xavier. The Juiracu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerson Xavier should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute of the match Inácio Miranda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mário Mello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 28 played minutes Caldeiroes got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Pena. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Juiracu FC's goalkeeper Gerson Xavier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 35 minutes of play, Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerson Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerson Xavier made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Dorian Pena sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute Ismael Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Juiracu FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Silvinho Novaes hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Pedro de Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Paulista in the 53rd minute of play forced Juiracu FC's goalkeeper Gerson Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerson Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro de Azevedo in the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the game, Cláudio de Godoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caldeiroes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juiracu FC the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Caldeiroes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio de Godoi to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute Luís Gustavo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Pedro de Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerson Xavier having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Flavinho Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Caldeiroes getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Silas Correia hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Mello saved Caldeiroes from getting behind. Cláudio de Godoi was shown his second yellow card after 72 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Juiracu FC booed when Caldeiroes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ismael Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Teles in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Mello saved Caldeiroes from getting behind. Orlando Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gerson Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvinho Novaes's late challenge caught a Caldeiroes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvinho Novaes helped the player get up and apologised. Silvinho Novaes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Caldeiroes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
