Alfredinho Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vitinho Botelho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Bitxintxo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Birigué fc's Carlos Fernando Salgado got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fermin Havier struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Vitinho Botelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Birigué fc. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Bitxintxo in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitinho Botelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Birigué fc players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
