Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Basílio Eger got the match started through his kick off. Basílio Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Mesquita having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Cuite's Renatinho Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germano Mesquita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The corner led Chantre United's Zé Augusto Tepedino to fire away a dangerous shot which Roger do Vale despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Renatinho Meira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Germano Mesquita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germano Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renatinho Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Chantre United's Ezequiel Braga in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuite's goalkeeper Roger do Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Silveira hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cuite's Renan Bertassi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ezequiel Braga had several of the Cuite's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Roger do Vale as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 43rd minute, Sílvio Luís Dante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezequiel Braga made a kick off. Eliseu Gerber's late challenge caught a Chantre United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseu Gerber helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Eliseu Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Chantre United booed when Cuite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cuite's Basílio Eger got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Braga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger do Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute, Leonardo Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Basílio Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuite's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Germano Mesquita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Cuite booed when Chantre United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Cuite's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Dante came free, but Roger do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Renatinho Meira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chantre United's zone, Basílio Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germano Mesquita came out of the goal and Basílio Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
