After 9 minutes, Washington Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manders FC and the Paranapolis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Manders FC got a freekick which was hit by Washington Rodrigues. After a defensive mix-up in Manders FC's zone, Túlio Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 苏战烽 came out of the goal and Túlio Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor de Medeiros in the 15th minute of play forced Paranapolis's goalkeeper Falcão Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Paranapolis's Falcão Barral got control of the ball when Ronaldo Prado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manders FC's 苏战烽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Urbano in the 18th minute of play. Falcão Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Alfredinho Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Túlio Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 苏战烽 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredinho Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Rodrigo Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Manders FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rodrigo Pernambucano hit a great ball. 苏战烽 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Gonçalves in the 41st minute of the match. After 42 minutes, Ismael Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paranapolis and the Manders FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Paranapolis got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Gonçalves. With an all-out effort, Manders FC's Falcão Barral threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Washington Rodrigues, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Washington Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Barral was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Túlio Magalhães made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natanael Meireles during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Natanael Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 苏战烽 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredinho Urbano in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Manders FC's goalkeeper 苏战烽 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredinho Urbano. After a rather tough play, Manders FC's Washington Rodrigues got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 苏战烽 came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Paranapolis's Alfredinho Urbano. But to his dismay, Alfredinho Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 79th minute Edmílson Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 苏战烽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Manders FC booed when Paranapolis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Manders FC's Ronaldo Prado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Falcão Barral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 97th minute, Luisinho Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
