Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Váldson Ortiz took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Iratinga AD's Délio Gaúcho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celsinho Almeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 6thth minute of the game Frank Luz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manguinhos EC's Celsinho Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Manguinhos EC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Juan Matos hit a great ball. If Délio Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celsinho Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Luz in the 9th minute of play. Frank Luz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celsinho Almeida having to make a save. Váldson Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Roberto Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Manguinhos EC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Matos. Délio Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Celsinho Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelino de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Roberto Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Frank Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Váldson Ortiz in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Linhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Délio Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Manguinhos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Gaúcho came free, but Celsinho Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iratinga AD's Roberto Linhares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Iratinga AD from getting a goal against them. Manguinhos EC's Adelino de Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Frank Luz made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Iratinga AD's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Ortiz came free, but Roberto Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Délio Gaúcho got free with Celsinho Almeida in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Almeida having to interfere. The supporters of Iratinga AD booed when Manguinhos EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celsinho Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Gaúcho in the 64th minute of play. Manguinhos EC's Celsinho Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Luz in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Frank Luz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celsinho Almeida was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. If Váldson Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Váldson Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Linhares having to interfere. If Adelino de Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Iratinga AD were awarded a corner. Wilton Linhares went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Iratinga AD's corner Wilton Linhares fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celsinho Almeida quite easily take care of the ball. Adelino de Sousa scored 2-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Linhares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
