Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Victor Meira got the match started through his kick off. The Tigers's Virgílio Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Meira in the 5th minute of play. Décio Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuca Tróia in the 16th minute of play. Décio Brodel came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by The Tigers's Geraldo Azevedo. But to his dismay, Geraldo Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tiago Gabriel Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Virgílio Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The long shot by Emílio Zonta in the 31st minute really tested Virgílio Santana's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Tigers's Geraldo Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuca Tróia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Alan Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Samuca Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuca Tróia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Décio Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuca Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuca Tróia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Gabriel Leite in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgílio Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Tiago Gabriel Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, The Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Gabriel Leite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgílio Santana having to make a save. Samuca Tróia succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Victor Meira took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgílio Santana. Virgílio Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Geraldo Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Geraldo Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Décio Brodel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgílio Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Rubinho Viana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Tigers's Virgílio Santana did a great save. Victor Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute Samuca Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Brodel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Gabriel Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Virgílio Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The The Tigers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Tigers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
