The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, Buturussu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Paranaense came free, but Clemente Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Guilherme Queirós scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antônio Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buturussu FC fully deserved thier win.
