Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Horizontina's Nelson Gaspar got a free kick in the 11th minute. Fabinho Tasso hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Ronaldão Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Horizontina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldão Rossi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Didi Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Renan Romero made a huge save. Roger Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Didi Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Renan Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Didi Pereira notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tupaoca FC's Renan Romero. Renan Romero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fabinho Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes of play, Horizontina's Didi Pereira made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Renan Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 42nd play minutes Ronaldão Rossi shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Renan Romero and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 46th minute, Bruno Amaral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Teles was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felippe Corrêa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Horizontina got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Gaspar. Horizontina's Roger Teles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Horizontina from getting a goal against them. After 71 played minutes Horizontina got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho Falcão. Didi Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Corrêa in the 81st minute of play forced Horizontina's goalkeeper Roger Teles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Maranhense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Teles having to interfere. Felippe Corrêa might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Teles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felippe Corrêa ran back to his position shaking his head. Hílton Secco hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Horizontina's Ronaldão Rossi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renan Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Horizontina were victorious despite being under pressure from Tupaoca FC for much of the match.
