Tuparecetan were furious when Zé Roberto Moura was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tuparecetan! Maicon Arósio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Aleandro Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aleandro Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristian Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlinhos de Godoi in the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Frank Secco fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Susto AD's protests and gave Frank Secco a yellow card for diving instead. Frank Secco hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Yuri de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlinhos de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cristian Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Tuparecetan's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos de Godoi came free, but Cristian Valle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathias Antunes hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Giuseppe Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tuparecetan's goalkeeper Cristian Valle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Luiz Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuri de Queirós went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Mathias Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tuparecetan's Cristian Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Pirani in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Susto AD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tuparecetan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
