In the 3rd match minute, FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Tróia to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the match, FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Salles came free, but Didi Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FOGO NO PARQUINHO SS's zone, Jaime Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didi Terra came out of the goal and Jaime Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Didi Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Ramos took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Didi Terra. Didi Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Palestra walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
