In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carnauba's goalkeeper Tiago Branco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Vito Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Custódio Valladares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dário Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Carnauba's zone, Dário Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Branco came out of the goal and Dário Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Carnauba players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Pocotó City were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vito Munhoz to make the kick off. Davi Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Tiago Branco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vito Munhoz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Munhoz in the 61st minute of play forced Carnauba's goalkeeper Tiago Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Dário Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Branco. Carnauba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.
