Gustavo Trevisan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Allan Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirazol EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Allan Leal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Gustavo Matos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Allan Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. When Edson Vale came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Carumbe EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edson Vale couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Mirazol EC's goal looked a bit too open when Arlindo Félix came free, but Edinho Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Arlindo Félix put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edinho Peixoto. Edson Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Peixoto having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Edson Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edinho Peixoto was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Arlindo Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Edinho Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Edson Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Allan Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carumbe EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
