Ricardo Goiano lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Mirazol EC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of EnzoFC:s goal. Mirazol EC:s Edinho Peixoto showed great skill when he stopped Edmílson Nogueira:s penalty. If João Paulo Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of EnzoFC booed when Mirazol EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmílson Nogueira, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valdomiro Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Nogueira in the 29th minute of the match. When Marcos Vinhas fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EnzoFC's protests and gave Marcos Vinhas a yellow card for diving instead. Marcos Vinhas hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Felippe Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edinho Peixoto having to interfere. Edinho Peixoto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Lopez in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

60 minutes into the game, Carlinhos Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mirazol EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EnzoFC the free kick. A collision led to Mirazol EC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Carlinhos Senna hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, EnzoFC's Edmílson Nogueira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If João Paulo Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Felippe Vieira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edinho Peixoto. Mirazol EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felippe Vieira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Edinho Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felippe Vieira in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Luciano Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Edinho Peixoto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norberto Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdomiro Félix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Rodrigo Netto hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes in the game, Felippe Vieira dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 91st minute, one of Mirazol EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mirazol EC. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for EnzoFC. Edmílson Nogueira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edinho Peixoto. 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Paulo Esteves in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edinho Peixoto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edinho Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Esteves in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that EnzoFC were the better team. EnzoFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
