Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Júnior Moraes kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Juraraita's Nestor Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osmar Quintal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Júnior Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osmar Quintal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match Reinaldo Vinhas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ademir Tasso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 24th minute, Daniel Capixaba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ademir Tasso. The goal made the score 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Juraraita's goalkeeper Ademir Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Capixaba. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Narciso Fontes took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ademir Tasso to make any attempt to save it. Ademir Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Fontes in the 41st minute of the match. After 46th play minutes Nestor Alcântara shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Osmar Quintal and just under the crossbar into goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Fontes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Narciso Fontes made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Juraraita's Ademir Tasso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Juraraita's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Fontes came free, but Ademir Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Capixaba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademir Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Capixaba in the 67th minute of play. Gremio's Daniel Capixaba got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Júnior Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Osmar Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Júnior Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júnior Moraes struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Osmar Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juraraita. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Alcântara got free with Osmar Quintal in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Narciso Fontes struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Ademir Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gremio. In the 85th minute, Gremio's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nestor Alcântara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86thth minute of the game Júnior Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio's Osmar Quintal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Juraraita defense, Daniel Capixaba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademir Tasso. The Juraraita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademir Tasso should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gremio fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juraraita had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
