After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Juan Loureiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. CF MILIONÁRIOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Loureiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Túlio Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joaquim Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in CF MILIONÁRIOS's zone, Joaquim Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Bezerra came out of the goal and Joaquim Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mazinho Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ernesto Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Prados SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, CF MILIONÁRIOS's Ernesto Carvalho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Túlio Vaz. Túlio Vaz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ernesto Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Túlio Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CF MILIONÁRIOS. In the 23rd match minute, Prados SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Veiga to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Túlio Vaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CF MILIONÁRIOS. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Varela during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 27 minutes into the game, Dadá Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prados SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF MILIONÁRIOS the free kick. Elivélton Corrêa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Túlio Vaz. Prados SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 38th minute, Juan Loureiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Túlio Vaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Edgard Varela took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernesto Bezerra. Ernesto Bezerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Juan Loureiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Carvalho in the 57th minute of play forced Prados SS's goalkeeper Túlio Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Túlio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandinho dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the game, Juan Loureiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1.
