Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ivora's Jaime Vergílio got control of the ball when Pedro Pernambucano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Vergílio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Pernambucano in the 9th minute. Albertino Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albertino Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Deportivo La Corcunda booed when Ivora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clóvis Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Vergílio having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Deportivo La Corcunda's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Pinheiro came free, but Manoel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Pedro Pernambucano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jaime Vergílio, passed just outside the right post. Manoel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Pernambucano in the 25th minute of the match. Manoel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Pinheiro in the 29th minute of play forced Deportivo La Corcunda's goalkeeper Manoel Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Pedrinho Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manoel Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Luís Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Deportivo La Corcunda's Pedro Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedrinho Guerra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Aílton Félix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ivora's Jaime Vergílio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Aílton Félix sped through Ivora's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Vergílio. Nicolas Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivora's Jaime Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Pernambucano in the 87th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Pernambucano in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Vergílio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 minutes of play, Deportivo La Corcunda's Pedro Pernambucano made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Vergílio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Deportivo La Corcunda had played much better football throughout.
