After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Narciso Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uvaia EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Abolição FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Deivid Mendes hit a great ball. Gil Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Perivaldo Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abolição FC. 10 minutes into the game, Cléberson Abreu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uvaia EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abolição FC the free kick. In the 11th minute, Cléberson Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrício Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernardo Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perivaldo Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Abolição FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Monteiro came free, but Ahmet Rıfat Erdem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrício Monteiro in the 33rd minute of play forced Abolição FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Fabrício Monteiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jonathan Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 minutes of play, Uvaia EC's Narciso Cardozo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Tiago Gabriel Esteves made the kick off in the second half. Perivaldo Mendonça made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Prata in the 53rd minute. If Tiago Gabriel Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Prata's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Perivaldo Mendonça firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tiago Gabriel Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
