Betinho Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Galvão in the 7th minute of play. Ciber F.C's Betinho Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Galvão in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ciber F.C's Silvinho de Brito got a free kick in the 19th minute. Aloísio Nogueira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 21st playminute. A collision led to Ciber F.C getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Joélson Prestes hit a great ball. In the 28th match minute, Curva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Ademar Meira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aloísio Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lino Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giuseppe Vianna struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Lino Nunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciber F.C. If Aloísio Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giuseppe Viannas short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Lino Nunes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leonel Marinho was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Curva getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Leonel Marinho hit a great ball.

Curva's Lino Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Vianna in the 51st minute of play. When Ciber F.C's Giuseppe Vianna in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curva's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 56 minutes, Giuseppe Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciber F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Vianna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ciber F.C's Giuseppe Vianna in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curva's goalie prevented a goal. The throw-in from Geovanni Cardoso in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ciber F.C's Ulisses Toscano. If Ulisses Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Vianna in the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ciber F.C defense, Samuel Leal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Betinho Travassos. The Ciber F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Betinho Travassos should have stopped the shot. If Samuel Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st match minute, Ciber F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Prestes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ciber F.C's zone, Samuel Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betinho Travassos came out of the goal and Samuel Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aloísio Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Vianna in the 88th minute of play forced Curva's goalkeeper Lino Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Curva's William Galvão got a free kick in the 96th minute. Curva succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ciber F.C had controlled the match.
