Oséias Rocha in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Yogut Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cure the free kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Custódio was the one to do the kick off. Evaristo Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Clemente Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson do Valle in the 56th minute of the match. Evaristo Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabiano Custódio's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yogut Club's goalkeeper Clemente Vianna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jefferson do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Yogut Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson do Valle came free, but Clemente Vianna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Vianna yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Oséias Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Evaristo Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
