Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lindolfo's Adriano Nunes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Mané Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaxima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mané Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lindolfo's Patrick Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Tavares in the 7th minute of play. Felippe Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naldo Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Naldo Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felippe Souto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Lindolfo's goal looked a bit too open when Naldo Tavares came free, but Patrick Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lindolfo's goalkeeper Patrick Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Naldo Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd play minute Felippe Souto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Patrick Viana. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Guaxima's Naldo Tavares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patrick Viana. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. A hard shot 35 in the game by Felippe Souto from a close distance when the talented Patrick Viana managed to make a qualified save. Lindolfo's players were relieved. Nando Figueiredo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Cássio Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Guaxima's Frédson Quirino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Naldo Tavares came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Guaxima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naldo Tavares couldn't finish the play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lindolfo's goalkeeper Patrick Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naldo Tavares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naldo Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Viana having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Souto in the 55th minute of play forced Lindolfo's goalkeeper Patrick Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cássio Pena fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lindolfo's protests and gave Cássio Pena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Guaxima booed when Lindolfo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naldo Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Motta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Lindolfo's Patrick Viana. Patrick Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patrick Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naldo Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Patrick Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Naldo Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaxima walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
