Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Romeu Ferreira kicked off to start the match. When Zé Maia fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perdoes's protests and gave Zé Maia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Zé Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Vânderson Hoffmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Luiz Fernando Koehler however easily saved by the left post. When Zé Maia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 12 minutes had been played. After 13 played minutes Perdoes got a freekick which was hit by Zé Maia. In the 14th match minute, Iraguacu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Duarte to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vânderson Hoffmann got free with Luiz Fernando Koehler in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valdir Guerra came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Iraguacu's Romeu Ferreira. But to his dismay, Romeu Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 21st minute, Zé Carlos Gomes made a precise shot to the right of Valdir Guerra. Perdoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Iraguacu's Joélson Quirino got a free kick in the 29th minute. Romeu Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Valdir Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeu Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 38 in the game by Vânderson Hoffmann from a close distance when the talented Luiz Fernando Koehler managed to make a qualified save. Iraguacu's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Iraguacu's zone, Márcio Lopez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fernando Koehler came out of the goal and Márcio Lopez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vânderson Hoffmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Koehler made a huge save. A collision led to Perdoes getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. José Paulo França hit a great ball. If Dênis Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

55 minutes into the game, Romeu Ferreira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdir Guerra. Romeu Ferreira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. 57 minutes into the game, José Paulo França was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perdoes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iraguacu the free kick. After 57 played minutes Perdoes got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo França. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perdoes's goalkeeper Valdir Guerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vânderson Hoffmann in the 65th minute of play forced Iraguacu's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Duarte hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Vânderson Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Luiz Fernando Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vânderson Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iraguacu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
