Emerson Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Telmo Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The wind increased when João Paulo Perez made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Perivaldo Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jinipabu AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perivaldo Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Rampa's Emerson Cerezo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Quirino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Sérgio Damião fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rampa's protests and gave Sérgio Damião a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rampa getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sérgio Damião hit a great ball. Nestor Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Paulo Perez's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Perivaldo Senna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nestor Reis. That made the score 2-1 in the 67 minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Jinipabu AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Eduardo Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Telmo Romero struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Emerson Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rampa. Emerson Cerezo scored 3-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emerson Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Damião in the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Paulo Perez in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the game, João Paulo Perez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nestor Reis. João Paulo Perez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
