Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Franklin França kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Heraclito booed when Catavento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 minutes, Orlando Meireles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heraclito and the Catavento players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Heraclito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Fabiano Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho de Queiroz in the 17th minute of play. Ciro Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ciro Terra got free in front of the goal in the 22nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Fabiano Vasconcelos was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ciro Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Vasconcelos having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Catavento's zone, Ciro Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Vasconcelos came out of the goal and Ciro Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiano Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Heraclito's Ciro Terra. But to his dismay, Ciro Terra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Agnaldo Ramos's late challenge caught a Heraclito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agnaldo Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Agnaldo Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafa Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin França, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The supporters of Heraclito booed when Catavento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilson Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th match minute, Heraclito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Terra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marquinhos Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Catavento's goalkeeper Fabiano Vasconcelos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chiquinho de Queiroz. In the 59th match minute, Heraclito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Serginho Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Ciro Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Vasconcelos having to interfere. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Catavento's goalkeeper Fabiano Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciro Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Vasconcelos having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Terra in the 82nd minute of play forced Catavento's goalkeeper Fabiano Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Ciro Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Terra in the 85th minute of play. A hard shot 90 in the game by Chiquinho de Queiroz from a close distance when the talented Fabiano Vasconcelos managed to make a qualified save. Catavento's players were relieved. Rafa Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristóvão Souto's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Catavento's Fabiano Vasconcelos got control of the ball when Chiquinho de Queiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Heraclito's Rafa Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Souto in the 97th minute of play.
