Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilmar Chaves kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Jupariteua EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Chaves came free, but Nicolas Alvarenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilmar Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Nicolas Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilmar Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ascuria's zone, Paulo José Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chiquinho Barbosa came out of the goal and Paulo José Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Jupariteua EC booed when Ascuria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jupariteua EC's goalkeeper Nicolas Alvarenga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Acácio de Senna hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Gilmar Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Alvarenga having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ascuria's Tiaguinho Baptista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Alvarenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manolo Mazza to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Wilson Mumbach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jupariteua EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ascuria the free kick. Wilson Mumbach kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jupariteua EC's Nicolas Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Baptista in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serginho Sarmento during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes Jupariteua EC got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Sarmento. After 57 minutes, Tiago Melo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jupariteua EC and the Ascuria players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, Tiago Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiaguinho Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nicolas Alvarenga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manolo Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Chiquinho Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiago Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Jupariteua EC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Manolo Mazza hit a great ball. Chiquinho Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Mazza in the 74th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ascuria's Chiquinho Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Mazza in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Chaves in the 86th minute of play forced Jupariteua EC's goalkeeper Nicolas Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo José Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chiquinho Barbosa having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Ascuria's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Mazza came free, but Chiquinho Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes of play, Ascuria's Tiaguinho Baptista made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Alvarenga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo José Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Chiquinho Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
