If Danilo Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Walmyr Brito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Remo Xavier. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 13th minute, Chiquinho Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raí Macedo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remo Xavier. Caracanga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tiago Brodel charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Brodel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiago Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Ianatama FC got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Brito. Luiz Fábio Zilles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Gerber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remo Xavier having to make a save. When Tiago Brodel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 33 minutes had been played. Walmyr Brito took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remo Xavier. Remo Xavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 40th minute, Danilo Gerber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dráuzio Porto fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ianatama FC's protests and gave Dráuzio Porto a yellow card for diving instead. Dráuzio Porto hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Caracanga's Chiquinho Ortiz got a free kick in the 44th minute.

Danilo Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmyr Brito in the 53rd minute of play forced Caracanga's goalkeeper Remo Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walmyr Brito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remo Xavier having to make a save. Remo Xavier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walmyr Brito went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Walmyr Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmyr Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Xavier having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Danilo Gerber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caracanga's Remo Xavier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Ianatama FC's Danilo Gerber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remo Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Luiz Fábio Zilles made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Wágner Britto sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Wágner Britto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danilo Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Remo Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wágner Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raí Macedo during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raí Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Ianatama FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
