Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Gustavo Urbano took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Bruninho Marquez took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Agnaldo Corrêa to make any attempt to save it. Ivo Urbano charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivo Urbano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Alvinopolis SS got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Urbano. Ivo Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Oséas Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oséas Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Gustavo Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Alvinopolis SS's Ivo Urbano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oséas Novaes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Maurício Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paissandu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvinopolis SS the free kick. In the 17th minute, Maurício Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Luís Gustavo Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basílio de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Ivo Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Paissandu's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Urbano came free, but Oséas Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo Urbano might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oséas Novaes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivo Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Gustavo Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséas Novaes having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Paissandu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitinho Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Paissandu's Oséas Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Urbano in the 40th minute of play. Alvinopolis SS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dé Penha in the 41st minute. Dé Penha made a great header on Alvinopolis SS's corner, it was just that Paissandu's Oséas Novaes managed to reach the ball for a save. Bruninho Marquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agnaldo Corrêa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruninho Marquez to make the kick off. Oséas Novaes made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Ivo Urbano sent off a good shot on target. Luís Gustavo Urbano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Novaes having to make a save. Oséas Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Urbano, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Alvinopolis SS's Luís Gustavo Urbano got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute Bruninho Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agnaldo Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Ivo Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvinopolis SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivo Urbano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Alvinopolis SS's Manolo Koehler got a free kick in the 81st minute. Bruninho Marquez took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agnaldo Corrêa. Agnaldo Corrêa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Ivo Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oséas Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Urbano in the 94th minute of play. Paissandu's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
