Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oswaldo Moura started the match with the kick off. Flavinho Britto came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Carobinha's Beto Prado. But to his dismay, Beto Prado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 11th minute Oswaldo Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovânio Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oswaldo Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Agrestina's Victor Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adriano de Queiroz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Agrestina's zone, Romeu Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavinho Britto came out of the goal and Romeu Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Agrestina's Flavinho Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Catarinense in the 23rd minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, João Carlos Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carobinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agrestina the free kick. Allan Paulista, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. When Oswaldo Moura came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Agrestina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oswaldo Moura couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Carobinha's Jeremias Dracena got a free kick in the 35th minute. Beto Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, Agrestina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Paulista to maneuver through the defense. Carobinha's Beto Prado got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beto Prado to strike the kick off in the second half. Flavinho Britto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beto Prado's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Adriano de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oswaldo Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Agrestina's Flavinho Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Prado in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Carobinha's Mauro Catarinense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavinho Britto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When Romeu Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Carobinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Trigo couldn't finish the play. With splendid footwork Beto Prado arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-3 by the left pole in the game's 84th minute. Flavinho Britto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Catarinense in the 95th minute.
