Delfim Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Rossi having to interfere. Juvenal Zilles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igatemi FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
