Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hélio Furtado took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Jojoca EC got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Quintal. Marroa's Hamílton Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zé Pedro Leme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Gabriel Andrade made a huge save. Zé Pedro Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Azevedo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Paulo Azevedo was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Joaquim Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Azevedo having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Christiano Dante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marroa and the Jojoca EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marroa! Zé Pedro Leme in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gabriel Andrade, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hélio Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Andrade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hélio Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamílton Salgado in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Paulo Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 47 minutes, Hélio Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jojoca EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hélio Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Alagoano to make the kick off. Zé Paulo Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamílton Salgado in the 55th minute. Gabriel Andrade came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Jojoca EC's Hélio Furtado. But to his dismay, Hélio Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Jojoca EC's Hélio Furtado in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marroa's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Jojoca EC's Hélio Furtado got a free kick in the 65th minute. Zé Paulo Azevedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joaquim Alagoano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 69 minute of play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jojoca EC's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marroa's Gabriel Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Quintal in the 81st minute of play. Eliézer Quintal hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Hélio Furtado scored 3-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Marroa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jojoca EC.
