Nilton Barreto started the match with the kick off. 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Nicolas Ramos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cássio Lara stood somewhat misplaced when Nicolas Ramos came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. 14 minutes into the match, Sentinela's goalkeeper Cássio Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Ramos. José Vítor Mello hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Washington Baptista, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Cássio Lara was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Cássio Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Ramos in the 21st minute. 29 minutes into the match, Sentinela's goalkeeper Cássio Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolas Ramos. Cássio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Washington Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute of the match, Nicolas Ramos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cássio Lara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Washington Baptista might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio Lara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Washington Baptista ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the game, Washington Baptista recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cássio Lara. Washington Baptista showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute Nicolas Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Cássio Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Washington Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Sentinela's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Baptista came free, but Cássio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carsevenne's Pedro Paulo Novaes got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolas Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Lara having to interfere. Nicolas Ramos struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Cássio Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carsevenne. 75 minutes into the match, Sentinela's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Ramos came free, but Cássio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Washington Baptista in the 79th minute of play forced Sentinela's goalkeeper Cássio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Carsevenne's Laércio Nóbrega got control of the ball when Basílio Maia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Washington Baptista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Nicolas Ramos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cássio Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Nicolas Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Sentinela's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Baptista came free, but Cássio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Washington Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carsevenne fully deserved thier win.
